Gloria Griessman leads the expansion of IISP’s integrated industry partnerships that span Georgia Tech’s cybersecurity ecosystem in the areas of basic research, applied research, and education. She facilitates industry engagement across key verticals, in partnership with industry associations, and manages cross-disciplinary efforts with other divisions at Georgia Tech. She develops strategic relationships and customized programs with leading organizations in cybersecurity. Gloria applies over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and commercialization to help propel IISP’s industry engagement and innovation. She has previously driven transformational growth for technology companies, including Vitrue (acquired by Oracle), ChoicePoint (acquired by Reed Elsevier) and WebMD, where she led the marketing efforts during the company’s growth from a $30M start-up to a $6B global leader. Ms. Griessman joined the IISP in 2017 and has been at the Georgia Tech Office of Industry Collaboration since 2014, after joining the Georgia Tech Research Institute in 2013. Ms. Griessman received her B.S. in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Trinh Doan manages and monitors financial transactions related to proposals, grants and contracts and other funds that support research through the Institute for Information Security & Privacy at Georgia Tech. She also oversees and manages special projects for the Institute. Ms. Doan holds 10 years of progressive experience in education and higher education financial management with Gwinnett County Public Schools and Georgia Tech. She has served as accountant, business analyst or auditor, and holds a B.S. of business administration - accounting degree from Georgia State University.

Lindsey Panetta is a senior project support specialist at the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) and serves as the event coordinator for the Institute for Information Security & Privacy (IISP). She joined the IISP in July, 2016 and has worked at GTRI since 2012. Ms. Panetta has spent many years learning all aspects of putting together a perfect event. Prior to working at GTRI, she began developing her interest in corporate event planning as a marketing specialist at HCC Life Insurance, and at a nonprofit organization, Rally Foundation. During her time at GTRI, she has supported its cybersecurity research units with many types of events, including the annual Georgia Tech Cyber Security Summit, lectures, classes, outreach events, conferences, board meetings, trade shows, and more. She is passionate about making connections and she is excited to help IISP’s events do just that between government, industry, and academia in the world of cybersecurity. She earned a B.S. in marketing from Valdosta State University and completed a certificate for special event planning from the Emory University Continuing Education program.

Tim Hynes is the creative designer and interactive instructional media production lead for the Institute for Information Security & Privacy. He has been a creative designer with GTRI since 2013, supporting multiple research and development labs particularly in the area of cyberscurity. Mr. Hynes holds more than 20 years of experience in 3D and 2D animation, 3D modeling, graphic design, and illustration. He has worked in many areas of the art field, including company branding, print, advertising, broadcast television, short films, user interface for iPhone applications and websites, e-learning, as well as book illustration and product design for private industry and government organizations. He graduated from the University of West Florida in 1993, with a B.A. in studio art. His awards include two regional Emmy Awards for his work on Georgia Public Television’s "Salsa;" a Telly Award, and multiple awards for his 3D animated short film, "Bug-Beat."
